When placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. The order will be shipped within 1-5 business days after the order has been processed, then it takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Some of the jewellery will be in stock and can therefore be send right away. Some jewellery will be custom-made for you by me when you place your order.

I accept payment by Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, as well as PayPal. All card payments are processed through epay encrypted ssl payment system for secure and confidential payment. The amount will only be deducted from your card when your order has been processed and shipped.
All prices on are current retail prices incl. 25% danish vat and are quoted in danish kroner (DKK).

Your item will be placed in jewellery boxes and gift-wrapped in a transparent bag. Your purchase will be packaged carefully and send with gls and track and trace within 5 days.

According to danish legislation all purchases are covered by 2 years of warranty. You may complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 2 years of the purchase. However, if the defects or deficiencies are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. Make sure to read the part about product care. As you have 2 years of warranty, valid from the date of purchase, I recommend that you save your receipt/invoice as proof of your purchase.

Return policy
I gladly accept returns. You have to return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt. When the item is received it will undergo a quality check to make sure it has not been used or damaged in any way. I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Immediately thereafter the money will be returned to the card that was used to purchase the item. The item returned must be in the original condition, which includes jewellery box and original packaging. Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach the workshop and please make sure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. I am not responsible for any items that are returned in improper condition or lost in the mail, so you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item. You are responsible for the return expenses.

Inger grubbe reserves the right to collect, process and use the customer’s data in accordance with the data protection law.
The data will only be used for the purpose the data was originally given or for correspondence with the customer. Payment data will be disclosed to the customer’s credit institute, if necessary for the processing of the payment.

Change in prices
I reserve the right to change the price of the product due to changing prices of gold, silver and gemstones. All prices on are current retail prices incl. 25% danish vat and are quoted in dkk, danish kroner.

I gladly do repairs for a fee. I only repair jewellery made by inger grubbe.
